The game features fresh, modern graphics and includes the original version with slightly tweaked mechanics for improved accessibility. It also includes the “Loyal Retinue” expansion and a new two-player expansion, allowing for play with any number of automated opponents.

What is the game about?
Travel back to the year 1430, a time of unrest sweeping across Europe. Nearly a century has passed since the formation of the League of Six — a coalition of affluent towns in Lusatia created to protect their economic interests and maintain peace in the region.

Players take on the role of tax collectors sent to this troubled territory. As ambitious young aristocrats, they aim to distinguish themselves and secure a position at the court of King Sigismund.

The objective? To amass the highest tax revenue for the king while gaining support from influential estates. Success ensures a place at King Sigismund's side.

Over six rounds, each representing a year, players visit one of the six cities as tax collectors. Collected goods are stored in royal or estate reserves, granting players influence at King Sigismund's court. The player who accumulates the most influence emerges as the victor.
