Cosca is a strategy party game where you gain influence using secret bids and dice – which are never rolled. Over seven rounds (a week), you will secretly send your henchmen (dice) to different locations to gather resources like money and guns. Then, by combining symbols on your dice, you will compete for the favor of available mafiosos.

The New York underworld has long been at peace. The rival families have learned to cooperate to maintain control over the city. But now, the old Don is lying on his deathbed, and tensions are rising. The streets are filled with uncertainty as once-loyal mafiosos begin reconsidering their allegiances. The families are already scheming for power. Which cosca will prove the most influential and win over the city's mafiosos before the Don breathes his last?

At the start of each day (round), players secretly set the symbols on their dice behind their screens. Each symbol corresponds to one of six city locations, which are resolved in order. Players use their resources to bid for the loyalty of individual mafiosos – represented by cards in the display, which grows by one new mafioso each day.

The bidding for mafiosos is resolved in sequence. Players whose dice match the symbols on a given mafioso can secretly offer any amount of resources. The highest bidder wins the favor of that mafioso. These mafiosos expand your family's influence in the city and provide extra henchmen (dice) on specific days. However, the more mafiosos you control, the harder it becomes to keep them in check. At the end of the seventh day, the player with the most loyal mafiosos wins the game.
