A family game full of flora and fauna from the Indonesian rainforest.

HUTAN means “jungle” in Indonesian, and hutan hujan refers to a "rainforest." In this game, you will travel to Indonesia, plant flowers and trees, attract animals, and compete to create the most vibrant and breathtaking jungle.

In HUTAN, players take turns selecting flowers from the market and planting them in their personal rainforest. Each choice shapes the evolving ecosystem, and thanks to modular boards, every game presents a unique challenge.

The game is played over 9 rounds, with each player taking two turns per round. The player with the pangolin token sets up the market and takes the first turn, followed by the others in clockwise order. Each turn consists of three phases:

1. Planting Flowers – Take a flower card from the market and plant the flowers shown on the card.
2. Tree Growth & Area Completion – Place trees and expand your rainforest.
3. Creating the Perfect Habitat – If you establish an ideal environment, you can attract animals to your jungle.

The game ends after the ninth round.

HUTAN includes three game modes: Family, Advanced, and Solo. You can enhance your gameplay by completing 50 achievements in the form of scenarios, challenges, and modifications.
