Game Background:
Set in the turbulent 1930s Germany, Secret Hitler is a game where players are secretly divided into two factions: liberals and fascists. The fascists, who know each other, work together to sow distrust and bring their ruthless leader to power. The liberals must uncover and stop the Secret Hitler before it’s too late.
How to Play:
In each round, players elect a President and a Chancellor to collaborate on enacting a law from a random deck. If the government enacts a fascist law, players must determine whether it was due to betrayal or pure chance. The game introduces special government powers as fascism advances, which the fascists can exploit to spread chaos. Liberals must counteract these efforts to save the nation from war.
