In Troublez, players flip cards from a shared deck and sort zombies into three rows on the table. Every card must follow two placement rules: first, the numbers must increase, and second, no two cards of the same color can be adjacent. After successfully placing a card, you can choose to collect all cards from a row or push your luck and flip another card. If you fail to place a card, tough luck—you’ll get nothing!

The deck consists of zombies in three colors, along with special ability cards. A Net allows you to steal a zombie card from another player. With a Shotgun, you can discard zombies held by your opponents, and if you get an Axe, you must discard a card yourself. Be strategic, as after your turn, other players can grab a card from the table. Will you leave them something valuable, or will they be left with only the Axe?

To assemble a horde, you must collect sets of cards—either four cards of the same number or five cards of different numbers. The player with the strongest zombie army at the end of the game is the winner!
