Created by The Oatmeal, this game draws inspiration from his therapy sessions, where intrusive thoughts often came to life. Instead of keeping these dreadful ideas to himself, he turned them into a card game that’s both shocking and funny.
In Terrible Therapist, players craft three-panel comics by starting with a question, following up with an answer, and finishing with therapy. The goal is to create the funniest comic, with the storyteller choosing the best punchline. If your card is selected as the best closer, you earn a point. The first player to score 3 points wins the game.
